No Limits to Mann’s Passion for Community

Terance Mann, Los Angeles Clippers guard and Lowell native, will return home for a week of events and activities- including a fashion show, basketball camp and academic fair- August 15-21.

Dubbed the TMann Takeover Week, the week-long program is presented by the Terance Mann Complete Player Foundation (TMCPF). Established just over a year and a half ago, the TMCPF, a nonprofit organization, is committed to increasing access and breaking down barriers for underserved youth in athletics and academics – striving to mirror the opportunities Terance was offered as a youth growing up in Lowell.

Terance, who recently received the NBA Cares Award for his community impact, is dedicated to giving back to Lowell – the community that raised him.

Schedule:

8/15: No Limits Fashion event (Lowell Auditorium)
8/16-18- Billy G Classic (Lowell Catholic)
8/17 – Backpack Drive (at Billy G Classic)
8/19-22 – Terance Mann Complete Player Camp (Mill Works)
8/21- Prep School /Academic Fair (Mill Works)

The week kicks off with a fashion show, bridging Terance’s love for fashion and passion for supporting the community.

The No Limits fashion event will be held August 15, at Lowell Memorial Auditorium. As part of the evening’s event, Terance will highlight the work of three Lasell University fashion students. One of the students will be chosen to design a garment that Terance will wear during the upcoming 2024-2025 NBA season. Tickets to the No Limits Fashion Show can be purchased here.

In addition to supporting the Billy G Classic Basketball Tournament and Backpack Drive (August 16-18), the Terance Mann Complete Player Foundation will host a basketball camp for boys & girls 8-19 (August 19-22) at the Mill Works, which will include an academic fair on August 21. More than 50 Prep Schools will be on hand at the Mill Works to educate campers and their families about their unique educational experiences. This is particularly important to Terance, who attended Hillside and Tilton and is passionate about providing similar opportunities for urban youth.
