Police and the school officials are investigating a threat discovered at Chelmsford High School Friday morning.
Parents and caregivers were sent a message from Principal, Stephen D. Murray, later in the day apprising them of the situation. (Full text of message is published below)
According to Murray’s message, the decision was made to continue “business as usual” since there was no immediate threat to the school community.
Though the announcement did not disclose the specific nature of the threat, InsideLowell has learned it was discovered on the wall above a urinal in one of the boys bathrooms and that it followed a prior incident involving a group of students Thursday. That incident also prompted a message from the Principal.
Officials are reviewing videotape in an effort to determine which kid may have written the note on the bathroom wall.

This is what happens when adults allow bullying. Nothing has changed at CHS in 50 years.
