DRACUT – The Dracut Police Department and Dracut Public Schools have become aware of an allegation of inappropriate contact between a student and a DPD School Resource Officer at Dracut High School.

As a result, the Dracut Police Department immediately launched an investigation and placed School Resource Officer Sunny Nguyen on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of that investigation. Dracut Public Schools are cooperating fully with that investigation, which remains ongoing.

Because this is an ongoing investigation, no additional information is available for release at this time.
