In partnership with The Megan House Foundation, the City of Lowell will host an observance of International Overdose Awareness Day on Thursday, August 31, at 5:00PM, at JFK Plaza, 50 Arcand Drive.
All are invited to gather with us to honor and remember those we have lost to overdose, raise awareness about the impact of overdose, and support those who are currently struggling. Please consider wearing purple – the official color of overdose awareness.

No public dollars were used.
