  1. Natalia Lavy says:

Pawtucketville resident concerned about the safety of the bridge as well as the impact of bridge construction.

  2. Glenn Heyl says:

This needs to be done with as little river crossing traffic disruption as possible!

  3. Denis Beaudoin says:

This is a real safety issue and is way over due! Please donโ€™t wait until after this bridge collapses and people get hurt or injured. I think about it every time we go over it.

  4. Deb Holliday says:

I feel like you should be way past “developing preliminary concepts for the bridge”. You have known about this for decades. Why aren’t you ready to start construction. 3 other bridges have been re-built that didn’t need it as badly as this one! Ridiculous!!

  5. Ai says:

This bridge was โ€œtemporaryโ€ โ€œit will only be up for no more than five yearsโ€ well letโ€™s do the math. 2023 – 1983 = 40 YEARS why is this still being spoken of as a proposal? Purchase all the parts you need, bring them to the site, spend a week or two putting everything up and pave a new bridge. Oh sorry for the typo that should say spend thirty or forty years to build.
