Lowell – The City of Lowell is pleased to announce the release of its 2024 Year In Review Video Presentation, which drew accolades from the City Council during its presentation at a recent meeting.
On Tuesday, February 11th, City Manager Thomas A. Golden, Jr. addressed the Council and the public, showcasing the administration’s achievements throughout 2024 and outlining key projects planned for 2025.
The Year In Review video highlights key milestones and initiatives that have strengthened Lowell’s position as a dynamic and forward-thinking city. Investments in infrastructure have enhanced public spaces and transportation networks, while economic development initiatives have supported local businesses and attracted new industries.
Community programs have fostered greater civic engagement, and public safety enhancements have ensured a safer, more vibrant Lowell for all. This presentation serves as both a reflection on the city’s momentum and a roadmap for the ambitious goals set for the year ahead.
