CLEARWATER, FL – Felice Ann “Phyllis” (Peretti) Boutin, age 93, a resident of Clearwater, FL and former longtime Dracut resident died Friday, September 22, 2023 at home with her daughter Linda by her side.  She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Boutin who died in 2021.

She was born in Lowell on May 17, 1930, and was a daughter of the late Roger and Linda (Devincenzi) Peretti.  She was a graduate of Lowell Trade School, where she studied hairdressing.

Prior to her retirement, Phyllis was employed for 20 years a the resident hairdresser for Palm Manor Nursing Home in Chelmsford.  Earlier in her career she owned and operated Phyllis’ Hair Salon in Lowell.

She enjoyed working in the yard tending to her flowers and spending time with and feeding her loving family.

Phyllis was known to never leave her house without her makeup and hair looking impeccable.

She is survived by her daughter, Linda Boutin (Noel) and her partner, Ronald Quintal of Clearwater, FL; her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Lori Boutin of Atkinson, NH; five grandchildren, Mark Boutin, Bryan Boutin and his wife Jill, Steven Boutin and his wife Victoria, Rick Morin and his wife Kerri, and Ryan Wilbur; nine great grandchildren, Bryan Boutin, Jr., William Smith, Shayna Boutin, Calandra Boutin, Molly Boutin, Wyatt Wilbur, Julian Morin, Maverick Boutin and Brooklyn Morin; a sister-in-law, Gloria Peretti; many nieces and nephews.

She was also the sister of the late Lorenzo Peretti, James Peretti, Angelina Peretti and Agnes Faticanti.

It being her wish, there will be no visitation and burial will be private in St. Patrick Cemetery in Lowell. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Phyllis’ memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
