LOWELL – Brittany Morgan Gauthier, age 29, a longtime resident of Lowell died unexpectedly Thursday, October 5th at her home.
She was born in Lowell on January 10, 1994, and was the beloved daughter of Thomas A. and Diane L. (Fauvel) Gauthier. She attended Lowell High School and was a graduate of Silver Creek High School in Longmont, CO.
Brittany lit up every room she walked into with her beautiful eyes and infectious smile. Her generous heart could be observed in her passion for helping children with special needs, first at the Camphill Village in Phoenixville, PA and then with the Shrewsbury Public Schools where she worked in special education.
Brittany broke several records at Lowell High as an accomplished swimmer and track athlete. She also enjoyed crafting, exercising, spending time at the beach, and spoiling her family and nieces with gifts.
In addition to her parents, Brittany is survived by her three brothers, Matthew Gauthier of Clinton, Brandon Gauthier and his wife Marissa of Manchester, NH and Andrew Gauthier and his fianceé Jackie Ryan of Miami, FL; three nieces, Anderson Gauthier, Grayson Gauthier and Elayna Gauthier; her Grandmother Lea Beaupre, and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
She is predeceased by her Grandmother Gloria Fauvel, her Grandfathers Maurice Fauvel and William Gauthier, and her Uncle William “Billy” Gauthier.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Brittany’s visitation at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Wednesday, October 11th from 4:00 until 7:00pm. Her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10:00am at the St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel in Chelmsford.
