Lowell’s election shifts into high gear this week, with in-person early voting beginning Wednesday October 25th at City Hall and continuing through Friday November 3rd. The hours are as follows:

Mail/Absentee ballots were mailed out this past Monday to those who had already requested them. As of press time, Director of Elections Greg Pappas tells InsideLowell 68-people have applied for mail in or absentee ballots, though he expects more in the coming days.  Monday November 6 at 12pm (Noon) is the final day to apply for in-person absentee ballots.
