InsideLowell is branching out yet again, adding another local community to our coverage area.
You may have noticed a few items on our website and social media over the last couple of days focusing on the Town of Chelmsford, which we can now announce joins Lowell and Dracut as a focal point of our 21st Century multi-media company.
When we launched in October of 2022 with a hyper focus on the Mill City, it was also our plan to gradually add news, events and features from surrounding communities. InsideDracut was the first such foray, making its debut on a limited scale on Day 1 with former Lowell Sun Editor Dan Phelps contributing business and development content in line with his current role as the town’s Economic Development Project Planner. Soon thereafter, John Zimini and the “What’s Happening Dracut” team joined in, providing news coverage and political commentary.
InsideChelmsford will follow a similar trajectory, beginning with town news and happenings, as well as educational features from Public Schools Director of Communications and Media, Chris O’Donnell, a longtime colleague of InsideLowell Founder Teddy Panos. In time, coverage will expand and podcasts focusing on town issues and happenings will be added.

And as is the case with InsideLowell and InsideDracut, we invite town residents, businesses, and organizations to submit news, event and editorial content for our consideration.
