LOWELL– Mark S. Cochran, President and Chief Executive Officer is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Dubuque to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Dubuque will oversee the daily operations of the Credit Union in the areas of member experience, technology, marketing, operations, risk, compliance, and security. He will be entrusted with leading the operational functions, fostering innovation, and driving the execution of strategic initiatives.
Dubuque joined the Credit Union in 2012 as Vice President of Mortgage Lending and was promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Member Experience Officer in 2018 where he has had oversight of the organization’s branches and contact center. In this role, he had a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, implementing strategic initiatives, and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Born and raised in Lowell, Dubuque considers himself fortunate to be able to support the community in various ways. He serves on several boards including as a Trustee of Tufts Medicine/Lowell General Hospital, a member of the University of Massachusetts Lowell Athletic Advisory Board, and a Director of both the Bentley Executive Club and the We Share a Common Thread Foundation.
In the credit union industry, he serves as a Board member on EasCorp’s Association of Credit Union Senior Officers (ACUSO), as an Advocacy Committee Member of the Cooperative Credit Union Association (CCUA), and on the Steering Committee of the Callahan Credit Union Financial Services Limited Partnership.
Dubuque earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, as well as his Masters in Business Administration, from Bentley University. He lives in Westford with his wife, Brooke, and their three children.
