LOWELL – Charlotte I. (Leblanc) Boucher, age 77, a lifelong resident of Lowell died Sunday, July 23, 2023 at Lowell General Hospital. She was the wife of the late Normand P. Boucher, to whom she was married for 52 years prior to his death in 2019.
She was born in Lowell on September 2, 1945, and was a daughter of the late Gerald A. and Gabrielle S. (Tanguay) Leblanc and Rose Emma (Robert) Leblanc. She received her education in Lowell schools and was a graduate of St. Joseph High School for Girls.
Prior to her retirement, Charlotte was employed as an assembler for 38 years by Raytheon in Andover.
In her free time, she enjoyed making latch hook rugs.
Charlotte is survived by her three sisters, Sr. Pauline Leblanc of Lowell, Priscille Leblanc and Jeannine Dominique, both of Hudson, NH; a brother, Gerald E. Leblanc and his wife Pamela Simpkins of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.
She was also the sister of the late Ronald Leblanc.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Charlotte’s Life Celebration at the MCKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Sunday, July 30th from 1:30 until 2:30pm followed by her Prayer Service at 2:30pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Charlotte’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
