Blanco, owner of Lizardo Market and one of the founders of the Dominican Cultural and Sports House of Lowell, organized this event to bring joy and relief to the community. Blanco stated: “I’ve always loved organizing activities for children, and I think that a small act can change people’s perspectives, fostering empathy and love among humans.”
