They need to hold this person accountable for his actions 12 or not, and make payment for what he did. That might deter other kids from doing it. He surely needs metal health care for sure!

The boys parents should be held responsible and fined for all the cost of police response. $$$$ But it was a TOY. No crime in playing with a toy gun. Just dumb people.
