DRACUT – Yvette M. Turcotte, age 87, a long-time resident of Dracut and recently of D’Youville Senior Care, died on Tuesday, April 15, 2025. She was born in Lowell on April 14, 1938, and was the daughter of the late Jeanne D’Arc (Gadoury) and Hormidas “Bob” Turcotte.
She was a big fan of all things Elvis and loved hosting Christmas meals at her home, going to the movies and shopping. She was an avid collector of figurines and enjoyed having several pets through the years.
Yvette is survived by her cousins, Paul Savary of Lowell and David Savary and his wife, Debbie of Bedford, NH; her great nieces and nephews; her cousin-in-law, Eileen Savary; her very good friends, Linda Taylor and Marie Manson; as well as many other extended family and friends.
She was the sister of the late Louis Turcotte.
The family would like to thank all of the staff at D’Youville Senior Care for their compassionate care during Yvette’s stay.
Relatives and friends are invited to Yvette’s Life Celebration to be held at the McKENNA-OUELLETTE FUNERAL HOME, 327 Hildreth Street, Lowell on Friday, April 25, 2025 from 9:30 until 11:15 AM. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated immediately following at 12 PM in St. Francis Church, Dracut. Burial to follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Chelmsford.
