Former Lowell Mayor 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬 occupies the guest host seat on today’s 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞. His review of last night’s City Council meeting, which featured a “less than inspiring” presentation about where the high school construction project is heading, is worth a listen, as he joins Teddy Panos in speculating that we’re not done receiving bad news yet.
