With chill already in the air and winter fast approaching, the City of Lowell is eager to get the word out to residents about an energy savings opportunity.

Lowell residents who live in a one-to-four unit home may qualify for savings through the Community First Partnership with the Sponsors of Mass Save®.

The first step is to schedule a no-cost Home Energy Assessment on MassSave.com/Lowell or by calling (978) 620-6949.
