LOWELL — The Massachusetts Divisional Band of The Salvation Army will be presenting a free concert at The Salvation Army in Lowell at 7:00 pm on Monday, May 6.
The Massachusetts Divisional Band, affectionately known as Mass Brass, is comprised of Salvation Army musicians from all areas of Massachusetts. While sustaining the rich heritage of brass banding in The Salvation Army, Mass Brass seeks to deliver the message of the Gospel through music.
This ensemble performs for Salvation Army gatherings throughout the year and attempts to reach people of all generations and walks of life through its diverse and engaging programming and repertoire. The group consists of nearly 40 members, spans the ages of 15-75, and performs several concerts each year.
The band will present a free “Easter Glory” concert at the Salvation Army in Lowell, 150 Appleton St., from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
