It appears residents of City View Towers, displaced by flooding that occurred on November 28th, might be home in time for Christmas Eve!

Sources tell InsideLowell that the City of Lowell and the Lowell Housing Authority are hard at work with the Lowell Regional Transit Authority to arrange transportation to bring all residents back into the building formerly known as Archambault Towers. If all falls into place this evening, the move back home could begin as early as tomorrow.
