Inside Stories

A Call for Generosity & Unity This Thanksgiving

by Yvonne Francisco

Hope Dove Inc., under the compassionate and tireless leadership of Pastor Carmen Bermúdez, continues its vital mission of serving the most vulnerable in the Lowell community.

The organization, known for its impactful year-round initiatives, is now focusing on spreading hope and joy this Thanksgiving by ensuring that low-income families can enjoy a warm and meaningful holiday meal.

This year, Hope Dove Inc. is asking for the community’s support in its effort to distribute turkeys and groceries to families in need.

The goal is simple yet powerful: to ensure no table is empty and no heart is without gratitude on this special day of giving thanks.

How You Can Make a Difference

Now, it’s your turn to join this mission of hope. Donations of turkeys, non-perishable food items, or any essentials that can help families celebrate Thanksgiving are urgently needed. Every act of generosity, no matter how small, is a step toward bringing light and joy to homes that might otherwise go without.

Donations can be directed to Pastor Carmen Bermúdez, president of Hope Dove Inc., by contacting her at 978-332-1707.

For those who feel moved to give, this is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in the lives of others and to share the spirit of gratitude and generosity.

As we gather around our own tables this Thanksgiving, let us remember that sharing is an act of love and kindness. By supporting Hope Dove Inc., you are helping to create lasting memories for families who need it most and showing them they are not forgotten.  Thank you for giving, sharing, and spreading hope. Together, we can make this Thanksgiving a true celebration of community and care.
