The City of Lowell and Lowell Forward are hosting an Arbor Day Celebration & Future of South Common Pop Up on Friday, April 26, from 12:00PM-4:00PM, at South Common Park. All are welcome to celebrate Arbor Day by helping tag trees in the South Common Arboretum and stop by to contribute thoughts on what’s next for South Common!
