Our 9U through 14U teams were back in action this past weekend, and there were strong performances across the program. From big offensive days to key pitching efforts and tough team results, Boomer Baseball had plenty to be proud of.
🔥 This Weekend’s Standouts
9U Black
Jomar Santos starred for 9U Black, collecting four hits and striking out the side in his lone inning of relief to help lead his team to a doubleheader sweep.
9U Purple
Henry Poulin had four hits and played outstanding defense as 9U Purple picked up two wins on the weekend.
10U Black
Joseph Esquilin turned in a huge day at the plate with seven hits as 10U Black earned a split in its doubleheader.
10U Purple
Oliver Koch had a pair of hits, including an RBI double, as 10U Purple battled through two tight games against strong competition.

JC Sotirakos has provided great defense behind the plate for the14U team.
11U
Jack Durkin delivered four strong innings in relief, while Jax Silva added two hits to help fuel a five-run comeback as 11U came away with a split.
12U
Jacob Marion paced the offense with three hits as 12U went 1-0-1 during its weekend trip to Rhode Island.
13U
Finn Stevens turned in another strong outing on the mound, while Wes McDonald, Matthew Rurak, and Arthur De Souza helped lead the offense in a weekend split.
14U
Owen White gave 14U five strong innings in Game 1, while Jake McNeil and Tyler Durkin combined for eight hits on the day in a doubleheader sweep.
🙌 High School Highlights
- Griffin Graham and Ben Durkin homered in Lowell High’s win over Acton-Boxboro.
- Andrew Reid threw six scoreless innings with 11 strikeouts as Middlesex Academy defeated Governor’s.
- Nathan Norman has helped Greater Lowell Tech get off to a 2-0 start.
- Shawn Hines has collected three hits on the season as Lowell Catholic opened with two wins.
- Owen Connant, Brenden Modeski, Chad Vigeant, Matt Jackson, and Riley Johnson all contributed to a Dracut win over Lowell High.
- Ryan Foley has three hits through two games as Tyngsboro gets its season underway.
- Brayden Rivard homered in Central Catholic’s win over Lawrence.
- Ned Akashian helped Phillips Exeter earn a win over a strong Dexter Southfield team.
