The City of Lowell’s Department of Planning and Development (DPD) invites the public to participate in the review and feedback process for the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Action Plan to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This action plan outlines the spending priorities for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investments Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds.

The public is encouraged to provide feedback on the annual action plan and its materials, which are available for review at https://www.lowellma.gov/518/Community-Development#

Comments should be submitted via email to communitydevelopment@lowellma.gov by 5:00PM on May 15, 2024.

In addition to email submissions, members of the public can also provide feedback in person to Community Development staff located at 50 Arcand Drive, 2nd floor, Lowell, MA, during normal business hours.
