Lowell – Lowell’s streets are becoming the stage this fall as local musicians and artists take over Derby Park for Fall Busker Fest on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
From 2:00 – 6:30PM, Derby Park at 66 Middle Street will come alive with live music from Lowell bands along with live art from Sketchers Lowell.
The event celebrates Lowell’s deep creative community and the long-standing tradition of busking – bringing music, art, and performance directly into public spaces where people can experience it as part of their day, downtown.
A busker is a street performer – someone who brings their craft into public spaces. Lowell has embraced this tradition through its Busker Series, creating opportunities for local musicians and artists to share their work.
