The Town of Dracut’s Health Department will host a Substance Use Vigil on Thursday, October 24, starting at 6 p.m., at Harvey Gagnon Harmony Hall, 1660 Lakeview Avenue.

The eighth annual event will feature guest speakers, stories of recovery and a reading of the names of those who lost their battles with addiction in the past year.

The event is sponsored by Trinity Ambulance, Dracut Lions Club, Circle Health, Into Action Sober Living, The Bridge Club, Riverbend (formerly Lowell House) and Dracut-based Megan’s House.
