Shawn Scott, Head Pro at Longmeadow Golf Club in Lowell, is one stop away from qualifying for the Men’s U.S. Open Golf Tournament.
The 2018 Lowell City Golf Tournament Champion carded a 1-over Par (71) today in the first stage of qualifying at The Orchards Golf Club in South Hadley, MA. Scott secured the final spot in a playoff.
He now advances to the final qualifier, which takes place June 5th at the Canoe Brook Golf Club in New Jersey.
