Lowell – Pridestar Trinity EMS, the dedicated 911 emergency ambulance provider for the City of Haverhill since 2000, recently announced a major investment in the Merrimack Valley community with the construction of a new state-of-the-art facility at 17-21 White Street.
Pridestar Trinity EMS is also the emergency ambulance provider in Lowell, Dracut and Chelmsford. Their primary operations and dispatch center are located in the Mill City.
The new 10,000-square-foot, two-story building in Haverhill represents a $3.5 million investment, reinforcing Pridestar’s commitment to providing high-quality emergency medical services to that community. The facility will enhance operational capabilities, providing additional space for training, equipment storage, and administrative functions, ultimately improving response times and service efficiency.
“This investment underscores our unwavering commitment to the City of Haverhill and the people who we serve every day,” said owner and CEO David T. Daly. “The new facility will allow us to continue delivering top-tier emergency medical care while providing our employees with the best possible working environment.”
The project also includes modernized amenities for the dedicated Pridestar team.
“Our employees are the heart of this organization, and this new facility is designed with them in mind. We had many of our own employees on the design committee,” added Daly. “The base will provide a state-of-the-art workspace, enhance training capabilities, and give our team the resources they need to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies. The improved infrastructure will support expanded capabilities, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of emergency medical response.”
Currently, Pridestar Trinity has been renting the location at Stewart Street for over twenty years. The newly signed extension with the Stewart Street landlord allows them to complete the buildout of the new building, while also providing flexibility to relocate on a schedule that makes sense for the company and the City.
