Lowell Learning Festival and Mogan Award

Dr. Sheila Kirschbaum, director of the Tsongas Industrial History Center, will receive the third annual Patrick J. Mogan Learning City Award on October 21, 5pm, at Middlesex Community College Donahue Arts Center, 240 Central Street.

The award is presented to someone who embodies Dr. Mogan’s values and beliefs that Lowell itself serves as a focus and means of education.

The event is part of the annual Learning Festival, which runs from Oct. 16-25. Join your neighbors and friends in learning something new!

The Learning Festival and Mogan Award are organized and amplified by the Lowell City of Learning Project, which operates under the fiscal sponsorship of the Greater Lowell Community Foundation.
