District 7 (The Acre) Representative 𝐏𝐚𝐮𝐥 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚 𝐘𝐞𝐦 follows up last night’s Lowell City Council meeting with and appearance on today’s 𝐃𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐏𝐮𝐥𝐬𝐞. On the agenda; early voting at the Senior Center, “Adopt an Island” and other beautification efforts, why veteran’s issues are such a prominent part of his work, and his involvement in the efforts to save the Smith-Baker Center, efforts which have been controversial at times.
