The City of Lowell is excited to announce the emcees for the 2025 City of Lights Parade: Danielle McFadden, CEO of the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce, and Chris Dick, Senior Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for PrideStar Trinity EMS.
McFadden and Dick will host from the review stand in front of City Hall as the parade steps off at 4:30 PM.
New this year, attendees can enjoy a Warm Up Concert from the review stand prior to the parade, featuring Fee the Evolutionist from 3:30–4:15 PM.
The parade will be broadcast live by Lowell Telemedia Center (Channel 8), giving viewers the option to tune in from home or watch at one of the official City of Lights Viewing Parties, hosted at El Potro Mexican Bar & Grill (124 Merrimack St), Sahel Restaurant (135 Central St), and The Worthen House Café (141 Worthen St).
Each location will show the parade live and offer a festive setting for families and friends to celebrate together. Parking in all City garages is free on Saturday, November 29.
