Jury Tours Lowell Shooting Site

by John Zimini & Richard J. Silvio

It was a hot and hazy Thursday morning when a stoic group of sixteen jurors, accompanied by a slew of courtroom officers, arrived by bus at 9:48AM to the site where 20 year old Adrian Kimborowicz was shot three years ago. Mr. Kimborowicz died from his injuries one month later.

The diverse jury, ranging in age, color, and creed solemnly toured Sutherland St. in Lowell’s Centerville neighborhood, led by various courtroom officials.

Jurors were shown the site where Christian Lemay aka “C-Mello”, Braedyn Baraby, and a third party, allegedly exited their vehicle, opening fire upon Kimborowicz. The trial is ongoing and is expected to conclude by next Wednesday.
