I first became familiar with Councilor Robinson during a most difficult time for him. Because of his strong resilience and pure grit, HE was able to successfully navigate those challenges and pivot back to what has always been truly important to him, public service. I believe that deep dedication sustained him and enabled him to rise above that very unfortunate and difficult time, putting his focus entirely on serving his constituents, the hard-working taxpayers.
During Councilor Robinson’s very accomplished five-year tenure on the Lowell City Council, alongside his prior labor advocacy as a union leader, he has proven that he doesn’t just talk about problems, he works 24/7 to address and solve them. He consistently stands up and advocates for equity in ALL the neighborhoods, and quality of life for ALL working families.
His public service track record is immaculate and undeniable because he actually listens to his constituents and brings an action and results-driven approach to his VERY responsive leadership. Corey M. Robinson, as a Lowell City Councilor, former Union President, and current Vice-President, has spent Five Years fighting for neighborhood equity and protecting your wallet against the hidden drivers and reasons behind our rising cost of living, the outdated state funding formulas.
When Beacon Hill relies on these broken, decades-old calculations, we get shortchanged, forcing us all to pay the price directly through higher property taxes. Right now, the state looks at skyrocketing local home prices and wrongly assumes our cities and towns are wealthy, which restricts our vital school aid and leaves our classrooms underfunded.
Even worse, the state distributes crucial funding for public safety, firefighters, and road repairs using metrics that completely fail to keep pace with real-world inflation and our true growth. We cannot keep funding tomorrow’s challenges with yesterday’s math!

Lowell and Chelmsford, for way too long, the state’s pension laws have left our local heroes behind in M.G.L Chapter 32. We all remember and watched the tragic history of Lowell Sullivan School teacher Jake McHugh. Right now, in real time, we are watching the stagnant and stalled State House battle for injured Chelmsford firefighter Nick Spinale. And we also see wounded veteran and hero like Lowell Police Sergeant Vincent Fernandez locked out of full benefits because of rigid state red tape in M.G.L. Chapter 32, PERAC Memo 28 and 33.
Well, it’s time to fix this system for EVERYONE and also protect the hardworking taxpayers in Lowell and Chelmsford. We need to amend the state pension law and with ZERO NEW LOCAL PROPERTY TAXES. Instead of placing the burden on Lowell and Chelmsford, that’s why Now, More Than Ever, we need a strong, experienced, and proven advocate and leader elected to the state legislature. Who will fight to allocate general revenue surpluses and public safety grants to cover these shortfalls, locking in permanent, recurring state funding so the burden never falls on our hardworking taxpayers. This will give the Lowell City Council and the Chelmsford Select Board a powerful legislative framework that will get the state to pick up the tab.
No more loopholes, No more political stagnation, and No more gridlock. Just real, bulletproof, across the board fairness, advocacy and fight for the public servants who keep our communities safe and functioning. Thats why who we elect to the State House is so very important, Now, More than Ever!

Just an FYI response to an issue Teddy Panos brought up on his latest podcast. I agree, it does feel like a total invasion of privacy when your phone buzzes with a political campaign text, especially if you are absolutely certain you never gave that candidate your number.
But the reality is that campaigning in 2026 comes down to a mix of public records, aggressive data brokers, and legal loopholes. When you register to vote, your basic information becomes part of a public voter file. Political data firms take these public lists and use sophisticated matching algorithms to cross-reference them with massive commercial databases.
If a cell phone number was ever typed into an online shopping checkout, a shipping form, a store rewards app, or a digital petition, a data broker likely grabbed it, tied it to the voter record, and sold it to the campaign for pennies.
Furthermore, campaigns bypass standard telemarketing laws and Do Not Call registries by using “peer-to-peer” software. Because a volunteer manually clicks “send” for each individual message, the law does not classify it as an automated robocall, allowing campaigns to legally text you without your prior consent.
