The Lowell Angels are stepping up to recognize the incredible summer run by the Lowell Youth Baseball and Softball League (LYBSL). From thrilling victories to championship moments, LYBSL teams have made the city proud — and the Angels have taken notice.
One player in particular has a direct connection to the
celebration: Lowell Angel Jim Wilson’s son, Colton, plays on the Lowell 9U team that clinched the Bay State Tournament title this past Sunday.
The celebration will take place Thursday, August 14th at LeLacheur Park. Doors open at 7:00pm, with the first pitch at 8:00pm. Admission is free, making it the perfect summer night outing for the community.
LYBSL players are encouraged to show their pride by wearing their team jerseys. It promises to be an evening of baseball, recognition and community spirit — one more win for Lowell.
